Returns and refunds

Not right? Return any pair within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in its original condition with its cases and cloth, and we’ll refund you.

To start a return, email kobeafrika@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll send you the return address. Return postage is yours to cover, unless the pair is faulty or we sent the wrong one. Refunds go back to your original payment method within five business days of the pair reaching us.

Custom or engraved orders are final sale. We’ll always flag those before you buy.

Want a different frame? Return the first pair and place a new order. It’s the fastest way.

Warranty. Every pair is covered for 12 months against manufacturing faults: hinges, joints and lens defects. Get in touch and we’ll sort it. Accidental damage isn’t covered, but tell us what happened anyway. We’ll see what we can do.
